The Gotham Rocks Showcase Series

Gotham Rocks is New York City’s premier modern rock showcase series. In 2009 alone, Gotham Rocks put on over 40 live shows with over 100 bands, in front of more than 10,000 fans in and around NYC. We put some of the best new local, regional and national bands into packed houses in front of fans and industry alike. We give people who live and breathe rock music a chance to hang out, connect and build together– all while catching some of the best bands and blazing performances to be seen in NYC.

Our bands have played thousands of shows all over the northeast and mid-atlantic and everywhere we go, people complain about their local rock scenes the same way. ”Its dead”, “There are no good bands” or “This isnt the place for our type of music”. Well come to a showcase and you will see that the real rock scene is not only alive but thriving here in NYC, and that there is no better place to see it and be a part of it than Gotham Rocks.

Gotham Rocks partners with companies that feel the same way we do about supporting new and independent bands and music. Companies that work with us to award prizes, endorsement deals, marketing help and national exposure that our bands both deserve and want.
